These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with Lithica Fitness

By making payment for any Personal Training package, you accept the terms herein, forming a legal agreement between us so please make sure that you read them carefully and understand them. If you have any questions, please contact us here.

Payments

All payments must be made in full, either by telephone or in person.

Session Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation of any Personal Training sessions. Sessions cancelled without 24 hours’ prior notice, will be charged for and deducted from your package total.

Cancellation charges may be reviewed and potentially overturned in the case of serious medical emergency or severe travel disruption, where sufficient evidence can be provided.

If we need to cancel your session with less than 24 hours’ notice and cannot provide an alternative, the session will be returned to your package for use at a future time.

Lateness

If you are late for your session, your session will be reduced in accordance with that time.

Personal Trainer

Your Personal Trainer cannot prescribe treatment or diagnose medical conditions. They may at any time ask to consult with your GP should any medical condition arise.

Refunds

Refunds may be requested in writing. Any supporting documentation should be provided at the same time. All refunds are at our discretion.
