I have been training with Mark for 6 months and sought out his help to get me fitter and stronger for hockey, as well as to reduce some imbalances that had built up over the years. Having never done any weights beyond my own body weight, I have seen a dramatic improvement in my strength and fitness, with all of my imbalances now disappeared. I have worked with PTs in the past but have never seen the improvement I have had with Mark. My hockey game has significantly improved - quicker, stronger and fitter. I throughly enjoy all of our sessions. He is incredibly knowledgeable not only on fitness and technique but also on nutrition as well which has also helped. I could not recommend anyone better.

Mark is an excellent personal trainer, I started and being much older didn’t feel there was a lot that could help with my knee pain, I was told I would need knee replacement, however, after only a couple of sessions Mark was able to help me get better movement and less pain.

Highly recommended for not only fitness but to help with any ongoing problems, very knowledgeable.

I’ve trained for over 20 years but sought Mark out after an injury and a terrible experience with another PT. I’m super busy professionally and have found Mark completely flexible, responsive, empathetic to my goals (which as I get older are about functional fitness not aesthetics) and able to add great value even as an experienced gym goer to both my form and with different ways to train. I never give reviews, so this is a first - a fantastic investment that I can’t see me ever giving up, which is wholly down to Mark’s approach (he’s there as your cheer leader). Mark provides a supportive environment, with a tailored programme for each individual, which as far as I can see enables each person to fulfil their potential/achieve their goals. Do a trial - you won’t look back.

I started out as an absolute beginner, having messed around with dumbbells but always been intimidated by the rest of the weights. Mark has spent time making sure my form is correct and that I understand the movement before introducing any weights. I already feel much more confident and have seen an improvement in my strength. Looking forward to my next session!
